SQP SOLUTIONS

Rotary Combustor Installation

Safety, Quality, Production Solutions is not just our name, it is our guiding principles. Our core belief is that for ANY project, no matter the size, must achieve and maintain all these deliverables to be truly a successful project. If any one of these cornerstones is not consistently present during the life cycle of your projects, they will never truly reach their optimal states.  Getting these core project values out of the project meeting rooms and into the field is where SQP specializes.  Attention to details and their impacts on the overall project is critical.  From FEL engineering, procurement, subcontracts, quality acceptance testing, commissioning, and operational turnover.  We realize how small misses, can quickly result in big project issues and we specialize in addressing them in early manageable stages.

About

About

SQP's project support brings project oversight in OSHA compliance certification in both construction, and general industry regulations.  Our "boots on the ground" approach to projects gets our leadership out in the field involved in everything from start of shift tailgates, post luch safety refocus, field management engagements, permit audits, and corrective actions while the work is being performed.  We provide oversight to code compliance for ASME, and NBIC programs, rigging lift plan reviews, and lift oversight.  SQP can assist with building or managing project schedules capturing FEL engineering efforts, material procurement lead times, subcontractor integration, and resource loading to ensure schedule accuracy on productivity factors.
